Module 6 VWAZA MARSH Description: Travelling by car or on foot, you will reach Vwaza where the unspoiled atmosphere of the African bush will be a The first day will end with a sundowner game drive. For the night you can choose to stay in a safari tent or camping. The next morning starts with a game walk and when you return there will be a nice breakfast waiting for you. Around lunchtime you will drive back to Matunkha. Please note: This is a reserve where the animals can be really wild. You are not allowed to swim in the lake or walk around on yourself without a guide.
Timeframe: When hiking you will leave from the restaurant at 6.30 hrs. The vehicle will take your luggage; you only have to take water, sun-block and of course your camera. When driving, you will depart at 10.00 hrs from the restaurant to arrive at Vwaza before lunch. Around lunchtime the next day you will return to Matunkha. Costs: This one-night, two-day safari costs as follows: Safari tent for 2 persons 140 per person Safari tent for 3 persons 125 per person Safari tent for 4 persons 105 per person Safari tent for 5 persons 100 per person Camping for 2 persons 125 per person Camping for 3 persons 100 per person Camping for 4 persons 90 per person All based on sharing accommodation
